WHAT I EAT WITHIN MEAL @ SNACK

Sebenarnyer..ramai yg tak tahan berdiet ni sbb cepat lapar ..dah tu ramai yg tak paham konsep diet yg betul adalah makan secukupnya -- DONT STARVED URSELF! jangan seksa diri korang smpai tak makan..

dulu aku mcm tu la..sarapan berat2 makan nasik lemak ke..nasik goreng ke ..mee kari ke..pastu lunch tak ambik ..alasan ? sbb masih kenyang so tayah makan.

tapi bila dah pkl 3pm camtu ..dah rasa lapar giler ..suh abg opis ni blikan pisang goreng ke kuih2 ke ..dah tu bila lapar giler..makan pon mcm org giler..tu pon tak kenyang lagik ..
KONFIRM malam akan makan dengan banyak nyer..hehehe..itu lah kesan dari ketidak bijaksanaan aku dahulu ..

begitu lah keadaan nya yg menyumbang kepada KEGEMUKAN thp melampau suatu masa dulu.

Jadi , semenjak dah mula berusaha merubah kehidupan kearah yg lebih baik dan lebih sihat..aku dah blaja bnyak cara utk overcome my hunger ( biasa la selera gajah kan..susah nak kaver..haha)

antara nya ; eat more , small quantities. eat every 3hours , makan ikut masa, JANGAN SKIP MEAL , eat SNACK so u wont feel toooo hungry bila time large meal .

mula2 mmg susah nak atur balik jadual makan kita ..tapi bila kita dah start , badan pon akan ikut tune nya sendiri , so kita takkan rasa lapar bila blum smpai masa utk makan.

ok..senjata utama melawan kelaparan adalahhhhhh.... AIR MASAK !!..memula dulu bim ske cebik bila doktor nasihat "drink more water...drink water more.." hehe
tapi bila dah biasakan diri minum byk air masak ..baru la aku mengakui kebenaran kata2 nya itu.sbb bila badan kurang air, nanti susah nak metabolise kan sume yg kita makan ..so jgn la susah kan badan kita sendiri k ?




selain tu ..bim dah bli Tesco fruits n fibre ni ..mmg membantu utk mengurangkan kelaparan sementara nak tunggu lunch or dinner..sedap plak tu sbb tak manis sangat dan rangup..mcm makan keropok la..cuma beza nye yg ni sehat dan tak rasa bersalah ..hahaha


ni mmg container kecik yg bim sentiasa simpan kat laci opis supaya anytime rasa lapar,makan makan ..

ni plak biskut IKO yg ada dlm laci kat opis jugak .kadang2 cilok kawan sebelah punyer IKO.haha.biskut ni pon bagus utk snackking.


selain tu ..kalau ade stok buah2 kat umah pon bim akan potong2 dan masuk dlm bekas n bawak ke opis . bim ske buah mcm tembikai ( manyak air so cepat kenyang ),pepaya pon ok and oso pisang. but pisang dah jarang ambik..why eh? kalau nak workout bleh la pisang.kalau nak dok depan pc baik tayah.ehehe







sebenarnye ada byk lagi pilihan makanan yg korang leh makan kalau lapar antara meal. korang nak or tak nak jer. pilihan tu atas tangan kita sendiri. bukan la bim tak makan mende2 lain but once in a while bim treat myself gak ..tapi rasa nya dah berbulan2 tak makan pisang goreng or karipap..hahaha

WHAT HAPPEN DURING CHINESE NEW YEAR

Welcome back to work ! and to play ..hahaha. ye lah hari kerja baru dpt masuk internet ..so kira work n play la..

Tajuk mcm gempak je kan..hehe..sbnrnye takde la ape ..just nak update ape yg dah berlaku selama 4 hari cuti huhu..

Makan ? - alhamdulillah agak terkawal . tak sangka la cuti 4 hari ni bleh jaga makan dengan baik . takde la jaga sangat ..haha..ade jugak kedosaan yg masuk dlm perut. tapi masih tahap terkawal la ..

Berat ? - sehingga ke pagi ni ..berat adalah 62.9kg..dah naik 100g dari last friday . so, acceptable la kan. 2 hari lepas dah naik smpai sekilo ..63.8kg..bim pon terkejut. but , jgn cpt gabra.hehe. rupa2nya hari ni period ..ooohhh..tak kesampaian nak check upt..tapi alhamdulillah gak la period dah datang balik kan..

Sinful food ? - erm..let me see...nugget tempura ayamas , ayamas , marrybrown , kfc , coklat,aiskrim..hahaha..and the list goes on..tatau kenapa eh,ada mcm mental disorder setiap kali nak checkup diet which is next week , aku mesti la akan rasa nak makan macam2..dpt skit pon jadi la..so mmg merasa skit2 je la senarai kat atas tu ..sib baik berat tu naik 100g..kalau 1000g ?? haaa..lu pk la sendiri ..hehe

Exercises ? - elliptical je yg rajin buat ..pastu turbulance training tu ..pastu aktiviti wajib di musim cuti mesti la brisk walking di shopping mall..hahaha..buat sprint kat bukit dekat rumah ade la bbrp kali ..lain2 tu , sampingan2 jer..

Begitu lah kesah di CNY ..kalau kat kuching bleh la lawat nenek2 n sedara mara belah mak aku ..tapi kat sini takde plak ..huhu..

malam CNY tu kitorang pon makan besar kat kedai ..ada lauk ayam masak pedas,tomyam campur,udang tepung,lala pedas..tapi mcm biasa gmbr tak sempat ambik sbb sume dah masuk dlm perut..hahaha..

ni je la gmbr yg ade ..abaikan la perangai laki ku yg ske buat muka masa bergambar tu ..

My BMI ..before and after ..

One of my motivation to lose weight is to have a NORMAL BMI . I've been OBESE most of my life and never know bout that. hermm..dulu mana la nak amik tau pasal ni sumer ..skang baru nak terhegeh2.hahaha.

This is my BMI when I first start my diet program ..31.6 Obviously OBESE ok?






And this is my BMI as for today ( 23.01.09 ) - 26.8 - still OVERWEIGHT but i'm very close to have a normal BMI..hopefully before June 2009 - one year after the journey ..can't wait that moment to see what I've achieve by that time..hehe

EXERCISE AT HOME

Kadang2 aku rasa mcm tak sempat la nak wat aerobik petang2..sbb balik keje terus nak masak sbb nak makan before 7pm..thanx to SHER KHAN , dia ada cadangkan bbrp exercise yg bleh buat kat umah , ringkas , tanpa space yg besar , tapi still bleh burn calories n built up muscle.

Credit to Sher Khan and Craig ( jurulatih yg ajar turbulance training nih )



"Turbulence Training Bodyweight Circuit"

o Do each exercise at a 1-0-1 pace except for the holds.

o For Burpees & Running High Knees, go as fast as possible.

o Do all exercises without resting between each.

o At the end of the circuit, rest 1 minute & repeat twice more for a total of 3 sets.



1) Jumping Jacks - 60 reps a.k.a lompat bintang ..ehehe







2) Spiderman Pushup - 10 reps per side



Start in a normal push up position with your feet together and hands under the shoulders. Lower your chest towards the floor as you would in a normal push up. Simultaneously raise one knee and try and touch your elbow with your knee. Press back up and return your knee to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.


3) Walking Lunge - 15 reps per side





buat mcm ni , pastu jalan2,tapi tukar2 kaki yg leading ..depan 90 darjah,belakang bengkok..




4) Spiderman Climb - 10 reps per side


- ni sama mcm spiderman push up ..cuma tak payah buat mcm push up ..tangan statik je tayah bengkok.kaki je yg buat mcm spiderman panjat bangunan.hehehe


5) Wall Squat Hold - 45 second hold






tak payah angkat tangan pon takpe..tapi squat tu kene tahan 45 saat ..sakit nye peha..huhu


6) Plank Hold - 60 second hold




ni pon kene tahan dlm position ni 60 seconds..haiyaa..bergegar badan nehhh..



7) Burpees - 5 reps






(1) Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.
(2) Drop down into a squat position and put your hands outside and slightly in front of your legs.
(3) Kick your feet back so you’re in the starting position of a standard push-up. Do a push-up and immediately return your feet to the squat position and stand up so you’re back at the starting point. That’s one rep.


8) Running High Knees - 25 reps per side




lari setempat, angkat kaki tinggi2..buat selaju mungkin..

KEBAYA OH KEBAYA ..



I bought this kebaya for raya last year..konon2 masa tu dah rasa kurus skit. kebaya ni saiz L beli kat Jusco. gmbr di atas ni masa balik kuching on Deepavali ( sbb raya tak dpt cuti ). nampak sangat penuh la badan aku ni ..tk lawa lansung pakai kebaya ni ..huhuh..sendat pon iye jugak ..

Semalam saje try pakai lagi skali ..waa..tak sangka dah longgar..cewaahhh..pic di bawah ni kene pinkan belakang baju tu ..ingat nak pakai arini , tapi arini kene pakai batik plak . lagipun takde tudung yg seswaaiii..korang layan je la gmbr sesi perasan kurus skit nih..hahaha

tghari tadi terjumpa buku yg bim penah catatkan my inches..hehe..mmg dah lama carik ..tapi baru terjumpa ..so this is it what i've achieve since June 2008 until January 2009..chaiiyooo!

I think i'm doin good for about half years..hopefully bleh achieve better than this for the other half years..chaiiyyooo!!!

FITNESS WORKOUT TO DO AT HOME

Disebabkan kita ni sume majoriti nya adalah wanita2 yang ayu dan sangat pemalu nak eksesais kat luar rumah (hahahaha) , jadi bim jmpa ni bbrp cara nak eksesais kat rumah , KHAS untuk mereka2 yg tak sanggup nak tinggal kan cerita SPA Q , citer cina 8tv pkl 7pm , citer WULAN kat tv2, citer korea kat 8tv..hehehe

walaupon korang ske tgk tv, tu sume bukan alasan untuk tidak eksesais. Ni ada bbrp perkara yg korang bleh buat , walaupon dengan kadar KEMALASAN yg di tahap MELAMPAU.. =P~

1. STAIR CLIMBING

You can get the same benefits at home as you would in a step aerobics class at the gym. If you have a staircase in your home, you can get a great workout by simply climbing the stairs. To start, stand at the bottom of the stairs and walk in place for about one minute to get your leg muscles warmed up. Next, step up onto the first stair, and then back down. Repeat this move on the first stair only ten times. Walk in place for fifteen seconds. Next, walk up the first two stairs, and then back down, then walk up one stair and back down. Repeat ten times. Then go up three stairs, come down, walk up two stairs, come down, and walk up one stair and come down. Repeat ten times. Continue the pattern up ten stairs. You will definitely feel the burn by the end of this step routine. I don’t recommend going up more than ten stairs because it will get tricky to walk back down after that point. If you feel winded or dizzy, start slow. Stick with the first three stairs, and gradually build up your endurance over the weeks and months to come.


2. COUCH KICKS

You can work out your thigh and gluteus muscles by using your couch as a piece of exercise equipment. Stand up facing the couch, with one of the couch arms in front of you. Bend forward, supporting your weight on the arm of the couch. Keep your head down so that you do not put stress on your neck muscles. Kick your right leg back, so that the bottom of your foot is parallel to the ceiling, and then bring it back down. When you are doing the exercise properly, you should feel it in your thigh and butt. Do fifteen repetitions on your right leg, and then repeat with your left leg. Continue switching back and forth between your legs until you feel like you have to stop. You will get results after a few weeks of this “uplifting” workout.

3. LAUNDRY LIFTS

A laundry basket full of clothes can be more than a household chore – it can be an arm sculpting piece of exercise apparatus! Hold the basket above you head, and lift upwards and back down. Do at least three repetitions of fifteen lifts each. If it is too heavy for you, all you have to do is take out some clothes. This exercise will work your shoulders, upper arms, and upper back muscles. Vary this workout by laying flat on your back, and lifting the basket up and down from your chest.

4. WORKOUT VIDEOS

There are some excellent workout videos on the market today that can get you into tip top shape. The 8-minute video series has editions for the arms, back, butt, thighs, and more. Tae Bo, which features the fat-blasting and energizing moves of host Billy Blanks, is a great home workout option, and there are many videos in his series to choose from, including a beginner’s video. Visit your local video rental store, and check out their collection of exercise video rentals. This way, you can try out workouts before you buy a video, and you can get a diversified workout.

5. COMMERCIAL BREAKS

If you are a devout couch potato, and you love vegging-out in front of the television, then commercial break exercise bursts are right for you. While you are watching, do some curls with five or ten pound weights. When a commercial comes on, get up for a burst of intense exercise. Do some sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, or crunches. Get your heart rate up. When the show comes back on, you can go back to the light exercise. Continue the cycle throughout your shows… every little bit counts! You will hardly realize that you are getting a workout.

6. CRUNCHES COMBO

You don’t need an expensive membership to a fitness club or a personal trainer to get some killer abdominal muscles. Crunch routines can easily be done from the comfort of your own living room. If you have problems with neck pain when you do crunches, you might opt to invest in an “ab roller” machine because they cushion your head and neck. If you are doing crunches correctly, your neck should not be strained, but many people have a hard time getting them right, so the head cushion is helpful. Start with some isometrics. Take a five-second count to come up, and five seconds back down. Do five reps. You will feel the burn. Next, do three reps of fifteen crunches at a normal pace. Next, you will turn onto your side, with your upper back and shoulders still facing upward. Do the same workout that you did for the standard crunches (isometric, then at a regular pace) on both of your sides. This will work your oblique muscles, also known as love handles.

7. ROLLING CHAIR PRESSES

If you have an office chair with wheels (a swivel chair), then you can do some arm workouts right at your desk. Just hold onto the edge of your desk while you are seated in the chair, and use your arm muscles to pull yourself close to the desk, and then push yourself back away. This will work your biceps.

8. MARCHING DISHES

Life is busy, so try to multi-task if you don’t have time to fit in a proper work out. When you are stuck in front of the sink doing dishes, march in place. You can also try some calf exercises: just lift yourself up and down on your tiptoes. You should try to incorporate exercise into your daily tasks whenever possible.

9. TREADMILL TIME

If you can afford to get just one piece of workout equipment for your home gym, it should be a treadmill. Walking and jogging on a treadmill will give you an excellent cardiovascular workout. Try to get in a minimum of thirty minutes a day. Experiment with different speeds and inclines.

10. BUST A MOVE

Dancing is a great way to burn off pounds, and it also great fun. Turn on some off your favorites tunes with a fast and energetic beat, and break it down. It doesn’t matter what you look like – all that matters is that you are burning calories, and loving every minute of it.

DIGITAL SCALE BARU AKU..YEYYYY..

Selamat hari isnin semua ..

Semalam aku ngan laki ku merayau2 dan tgk wayang ..pastu kan,terjumpa la timbang digital dengan body fat and water % yg berharga RM 149.00 kat Guardian..with free pedometer..fulamakkk..meroyan beb ..hahaha..

Aku pon paksa rela laki ku beli kan ..sbb arini dah gaji , semalam bleh la abiskan duit.wakakakaka..tak senonoh nye bini .

Lagipun adalah penting bagi aku utk memantau paras lemak dalam badan ku sbb berat ku asik naik jer,turun kejap jer pastu naik lagi tiap kali aku eksesais ( cewah ..mcm rajin) . kalau ada timbang yg bleh cek body fat % nih,bleh la aku monitor adakah eksesais ku telah membuah kan hasil ? atau berat ku bertambah kerana lemak ??huhuh..

Last aku cek lemak adalah di kedai Osim Jusco S2..masa tu 38.9%

Semalam aku cek ngan scale baru kesayangan ku ....jeng jeng jengggg...

35% !!!! hoyehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..clap clap ..
x percaya ? aku siap snap bukti yer..muahahahaha...




ni la rupa digital scale ku itu lebih kurang ..aku nye lain skit la..ade 2 garis je..ni ade 3 garis kan..

ni la pedometer yg free tu ..kecik jer..separuh ke suku tapak tangan aku ..ske aa kecik ni leh letak kat kain baju kurung ..ehehe..
Let's do some Math :
berat last jumpa diet(05.11.08) = 67.0kg
body fat % = 40%

berat pd 19/01/09 = 63.8kg
body fat % = 35%
This is the total result agter 2 months and 2 weeks...
Total weight loss = 67.0 - 63.8
= 3.2kg
Total fat % loss = 40% - 35%
= 5%
Total fat weight loss = 5% x 67.0kg
= 3.35kg pure fat ! ( not bad kan..hehe )
Total muscle mass increase = 3.35kg - 3.2kg
= 0.15 kg @ 150gram hehe..skitnye muscle increase..
so ..am i ready to see the judges?? ( i.e aku nye pakar diet ..hahah ).. i dont think so ..kene keje lebih ni ..huhuhu..chaiiyyoookkk!!!

Apple Cider Vinegar Heinz

Skali rajin smpai 3 posting sehari ..hahaha..kalau ada laptop kat umah tatau la berapa byk entry sehari ..giloss..hehe..


disebabkan dah byk baca pasal ACV ni kan..so semalam ajak hubby bli kat Giant ..bli yg ni ..
ACV HEINZ.. harga rm6.49 jer..
semlm dah start makan sesudu acv + sesudu madu + air suam setgh gelas.
rasanya ? - mcm jus apple masam ..sedap jer..hahaha..bau cuka la kan tapi masih bleh telan ..
kesannya ? - aku mkn pkl 10pm ..pkl 2am terbangun rasa nak berak ..baik nye cuci terus nak berak ..hehehehe..tapi tu mungkin gak sbb semlm melantak mkn mcm2 ..hehe
so dlm plan nak makan at least sehari 2 kali ..pagi n malam ..tapi ade terbaca kat BRAGG nye jenama acv..minum 3 kali sehari ..upon arising , mid morning n noon..tak suh mkn malam..maybe tajam sangat kot kan..
kita tgk apa kesannya kepada weight loss..mana tau membantu gak kan?hehe..tunggu dan lihat ;)

KEJOHANAN BOLING KELAB KELUARGA - 17/01/2009

Seperti yg telah ku kobarkan jumaat lepas kan..Sabtu kitorang ade main boling , kelab keluarga jabatan nyer ..aku antara urusetia yg menyebok aa..
dan seperti yg telah ku kobarkan , aku mmg tak reti main..hahaha..jadi markah aku utk 2 game adalah ..game pertama- 60 jer..haha..game ke dua - 72..mmg giler tak pandai la..muahahaha..malang btol grup aku ..tak dpt masuk semi final pon..hehe..aper pon..aku mmg enjoy giler babas..

laki aku grup sebelah aku ..dia nye markah beratus2 la..eksen kan main..skali semlm balik umah asik ngeluh tangan nya sakit..jari nye sakit..aku sangat bernasib baik sbb slalu buat eksesais n weight training..jadi nye..smpai ke saat artikel ini ditulis ( fulamak ayat ) tangan aku maupun jari jemari ku tidak merasa kesakitan..hehe..tu lah kelebihan nya bila otot dah biasa gerak kan? aku pon dah sound2 effect kat laki aku atas kemalasannya ber eksesais..ehehe

KOLEKSI VCD/DVD EKSESAIS

Harini , Ahad 18/01/09 tiba2 aku ade muncul online.haha..adakah aku sudah membeli laptop atas dasar kegilaan ku berporem dan ber blog?? oohh tidak ..blum ckup bajet ..hehe

sebenar nye tadi nak tgk tiket murah MAS nak balik kuching..mmg murah giler beb , semlm ngan arini je sale tu ..rm34 sehala ..pegi balik rm68 sorang..KL - KCH ..giler ke tak giler??mmg sahih mentall punyer..

masalahnyer , aku mmg bencik ngan MAS ni ..sbb bila part nak bayar mmg mcm s*al..aaaa..kan dah kene sumpah ..aku dah semangat book tadi..time nak bayar,time tu la page cannot be found.bila nak kol CS dorang.tunggu la sampai esok baru ada org angkat.tu yg aku hangin giler tu. dah la aku nak konfirmkan bleh ke tak pakai internet banking sbb aku ni takde kad kredit.haram la ada org nak angkat kol .huh. jadi biarla aku naik Airasia yg murah tapi takde makanan tapi bleh byr senang lenang pkai M2U.mmg geram ni ..aku sabar je la..huhuhu

ok..ekceli arini nak share koleksi vcd/dvd senaman yg aku ada..hahaha..takde la byk tapi best la kongsi2 ngan korang kan..bleh korang2 yg baru nak mula insaf tu pilih mane nak beli ..ehehe..



ni VCD pertama yg aku beli masa aku memula insaf..cina kedai tu yg rekemen..dia kata kalau baru nak mula eksesais..try this one..senang nak ikut dan tak laju sangat ( ye la..dia nye instructor dah tua meh ..eheh) . Tapi seriously, kalau korang ni baru nak berjinak2 eksesais..try this one..mmg senang nak paham , 40min tak terasa la sbb mmg total body workout..lagu ala2 retro skit la tapi still leh ikut muzik ..hehe..kalau tak ske lagu dia,korang pasang la lagu sendiri kat telinga..hehe
Ada aerobik and ade toning session ..so lengkap la ..dia ada tunjukkan cara betul nak buat ad workout ..masa aku semangat ikut ab workout ni mmg flat la perut ku yg montok itu..hahaha

Kathy Smith ni mmg cool ..sangat senang nak ikut , sbb guna gymball ni slow la skit kan..walaubagaimanapun..sangat la memenatkan ..haiyaaa..mau cramp sume otot ..huhu..

AKHIRNYA...

Disebabkan aku tak dpt nak masuk forum kan, jadi aku melalut kat sini je la.aku kan pantang menyenyapkan diri dipetang hari yg indah ini ..hahahha

Pagi tadi , setelah sebulan lebih berat ku tak bergerak dari 63.6 kg dan kemudian pada 05/01/09 berat ku telah naik 64.2g dan terus tak bergerak ..Pagi tadi lepas mandi aku pon timbang pakai timbang cap ayam ..beratku adalah ..jeng jeng jeng

62.0 kg !!! hoyehhhhh

haha..mmg suka gile babeng nye suka..eisk ..mencarut plak ..hehe
sbb dah lama stuck kan timbang tu ..aku takmo naik dah timbang digital yg jahat itu walaupon timbang digital ngan cap ayam ada beza skit ..

walaubagaimanapun , aku tidak la bersuka2 saja lepas tgk no tu..sbb aku kene bekerja keras sehingga hujung januari ni supaya pada 04.02.09 iaitu tarikh appt diet ku , body fat % ku akan di kurangkan dengan sewajarnya ..cewahhh..

nampaknya aku mmg tak period lansung bulan ni ..huhu..sedey betol la..dah check upt pon negatif gak ..byk kali dah check tu ..maybe sbb skang ni rajin sngt eksesais , piyed tgh adjust2 balik ( iyo2 jerk) .

apsal aa porem tu tak dpt masuk ?? dpt jenguk kejap je tadi,nak reply,terus haram dpt masuk lagik ..uhuhuhu...

oh..esok ( sabtu 17.01.09) kelab keluarga opis kitorang ni ade lawan boling...hehe aku sangat tak reti tapi aku tak pedulik , nak main jugak sbb free je kalau ahli kelab.haha.aku dah tak sabar ni nak baling bola tu sbb kan dah slalu angkat dumbell , mesti rasa senang skit berbanding dulu ..sambil2 boring tu leh wat weight training gak kan?haha..kemaruk eksesais sungguh..nanti isnin bleh tepek gmbr ..kalau ade la kan..hehe..

5 PERKARA YANG ANDA TIDAK TAHU TENTANG SAYA..

Nak kene jawab tag si budak tom ni , TAg aku dengan tajuk 5 PERKARA YANG ANDA TIDAK TAHU TENTANG SAYA ..

walaupon sbnrnye aku rasa aku ni jenis open , cerita mcm2 kat blog , so takde la yg korang tatau ..yg korang tatau cuma rahsia jer la..hehehe..so kali ni aku nak share la RAHSIA2 itu ngan korang ..

1. AKU SKE BUAT KEK,BISKUT,BROWNIES DAN SEGALA KAUM KERABATNYA.

Mende2 tak sehat ni mmg aku ske.nak kata hobi tak jugak , tapi pantang aje boring datang,ada bahan ckup,laju je tgn ku ni ..yg best nyer,aku mkn seslice jer,selebihnye aku bagi jiran2.biar dorang yg gemuk, aku tak payah la gemok lagik ..hahaha..>> gelak jahat..

2. AKU PENAH BELAJAR IPT , TAPI JADI KERANI .HUHU

Ni ala2 mcm citer sedey ..tapi tu la hakikatnya. Blaja tak abis. Sebab? Tak ckup rajin dan Tak kuat Semangat. Sedih ? Sangat2. Menyesal ? Tidak sama skali. Aku rasa semua ni Qada' dan Qadar untuk aku. mungkin lebih baik aku menggunakan "kebijaksanaan" aku ni untuk jadi kerani kewangan ..hehehe..Berkhidmat Untuk Negara ! hoyehhh...

Ekceli aku tak bgtau sesape pon kat tmpt keje , sbb mcm malu pon ade, lgpon tak ske aa nanti dorang ckp camni "alaaa..takkan la buat tu pon tak reti , padahal penah blaja kat U" huh..manusia yg menyakitkan hati ..tapi tetiba bbrp org tau rahsia ni , dan tetiba sume orang mcm takut nak borak ngan aku sbb aku penah blaja MEDIC .hahaha..terkejut? dont have to. tak sempat jadi DOKTOR pon..huhu.

3. NAK SANGAT BABY

Ni sume org tau ..tapi tak ramai yg tau apa yg aku dah lalui untuk berusaha nak dpt kan baby ni . Makan herba2 la..makan ubat pelik2 la ..petua bodo2 la ..sume aku dah buat ..tapi mmg belum rezki tu , nak wat camne. dulu siap aku penah amalkan minum air gamat , pastu air rebusan taugeh ( iyeekkkk..)tak sedap lansung , tapi petua tu ckp bagus untuk hormon estrogen . smpai muntah2 la nak buat mcm2 petua tu ..huhu..

4. SUKA BUAT UPT BYK KALI SEBULAN

hahaha..atas sbb kegilaan ku nak dptkan baby tu , aku slalu rasa mcm upt tu tak betul.so aku slalu buat byk kali dlm sebulan.padahal dah sahih2 la aku ni ada masalah hormon..kalau tak piyed tu , bukan la sbb pegnen ke ape..huhu..

5. AKU SKE BAGI DUIT KAT ORG YG AKU TAK KENAL

oopppsss..jgn korang mintak duit ngan aku plak ..ehehe..aku ni takde la duit sangat , tapi pantang la ada duit lebih skit , mula la aku rasa mcm nak jadi insan mulia nak sedekahkan kat orang2 yg memerlukan..contohnye auntie cleaner kat opis ni , kawan mak aku yg janda, anak kepada kawan mak aku yg nak masuk sekolah asrama , anak2 yg sakit yg slalu iklan dlm majalah ke,tv ke,paper ker.kalau ada no akaun maybank,harus la aku transfer terus.lagipun dia takkan tau sapa yg bagi betul tak?hehehe. aku cuma harap suatu hari nanti kalau apa2 jadi kat aku or famili aku,akan ada org yg baik hati bagi pertolongan dengan ikhlas.

aku mmg ade kepantangan skit bila mak aku citer2 sedih pasal kawan dia or pakcik dia.kalau bleh tolong mmg aku nak tolong sangat . tapi ni sbnrnye kekurangan aku , sbb senang je org nak ambik kesempatan. tapi aku tidak la baik sangat sbnrnyer..eheheheheh

IKLAN KURUS..HAHAHAHA

Disebabkan semlm maira dah wat iklan pasal jeans lama ni ..jadi arini aku pon nak tepek gak yer testimoni bergambar dengan jeans lama yg dha longgar...hakhakhak ..sori maira cilok idea..hehe

"Sebelum ini , saya hanya dpt memakai jeans bersaiz 36 ( seperti gmbr di bawah yer..). Walaupon saiz 36 masih jugak sendat2 dan lemak terkeluar2. Alhamdulillah , semenjak saya berdiet dan eksesais bulan Jun 2008 , berat saya telah berkurangan sebanyak 10kg dan sekarang saya boleh memakai jeans bersaiz 31-32 . ( tapi jeans cap ayam la..haha ). Saya sangat gembira. terima kasih diet dan eksesais ! kalau saya boleh , anda pun boleh melakukan nya !"

I'M SO HAPPY FOR MY FRIENDS..

Pagi ni masuk porem , ada bbrp berita gembira,aku asyik sengeh je depan pc ..

HUMAIRA_MAIRA dah pakai kebaya this morning...cun plak tu ..last dia pakai 5yrs ago..tahniah maira!and oso,jeans yg dulu sendat pon dah jadik longgar..dah mcm iklan kurus je aku tgk ..ehehe..caya lah!keep up the good work walaupon maira kata berat n ukurlilit takde changes kan...

UMMISHA1311 plak dah turun berat ke angka 6+ dari 7+..that was a big change..TAHNIAH sya..that was great ..keep it up k? sya ni dah lama gak stuck kat 7+ , so it's a big thing bila dpt ke angka 6+..i'm so happy for u ..

I'm so happy for both of u ..walaupon we never met , we just "net friends" but i really2 feel the happiness for both of u ..because I do know how it feels..CONGRATULATIONS k ? and keep on goin..

For me myself..nothing much to update..hehe..because my digital scale really piss me off..dia takmo gerak lansung , and that is a bad sign ..maksudnye dah tak accurate.sbb kalau scale sblum ni , lepas minum air 1 liter mesti akan naik berat ..tapi yg scale murahan nih , kalau minum 1L 100g pon tak naik.. timbang masa pakai jeans pon camtu..timbang tak pakai baju pon camtu ..timbang bawak handbag yg sarat ngan sampah sarap pon berat stay camtu.so obviously salah. geram la. aku ingat nak bli jer yg ade body fat n water % yg seratus lebih tu ..hahaha..mcm la byk duit..

Semalam jumpa timbang cap ayam yg lama..try timbang , dah jauh sangat berat aku ..kalau digital tu 64.2kg..yg ayam ni 62-63 camtu. mmg kejam digital tu.takper, aku timbang kat tmpt lain nanti tgk camne ..

Anyway , this 2 days i'm up to something..tapi takleh ckp dulu ..haha..akan share after 2 days yer..experimental diet plan la konon..cehhh..ehehe..

Anyway ..this is a SPECIAL THANX to POSH76 for giving me this blazer..1st time aku pakai blazer ni posh ..ehehe.. very comfatable..thanx a lot k ? muahhhhsssss...
