I'M GOIN BACK TO KUCHINGGGG!!!!

Salam sume.

harini last la online kot. InsyaAllah start esok , 28.03.2009 hingga 05.04.2009 aku akan berada di Kuching , Sarawak tanahair ku yg tercinta.hahaha

memandangkan payah nak gi cc bagai sbb umah ku agak jauh dr bandar , jadi takde la hapdet sepanjang seminggu ni .

Doakan kitorang selamat pergi dan balik dan semoga segala urusan yang dirancang tu dpt di siapkan secepat mungkin dan dengan lancarnya ok?

Yang tak best nya , kalau dah balik kampung , harusla berat akan naik berkilo2 kan? eheheh. Tapi masakan mak kan mmg irresistable. bukan masakan mak je, masakan makcik2 lagik , pakcik2 pagik ..adoiii ..

Hopefully aku leh control diri dengan baik disamping menikmati makanan yg sedap2 tu.

THE LIST

Salam . again for today. hehe

dah rajin, rajin sangat nak wat entry.haha

some people said , I talked too much. And too much CRAP ( ?? ) .

Do you guys think i talk too much crap? hermmm...let me think ..owh , i dont care. haha.

I share everything I have in here, wether u like it or not, that is soooo NOT MY PROBLEM.

Walaupon ada org ckp camtu kat aku , aku tau ada yg betul2 mengambil serius tentang apa yg aku ckp kat sini . Aku sangat berterima kasih kat korang yang betul2 berusaha nak mengubah cara hidup korang , betul2 nak berubah jadi seorang yg lebih sihat . Dan terima kasih atas kepercayaan korang yang dengar cakap aku . hehe. Korang tak kenal pon sapa aku, tapi still give me that kind of respect. Kudos.

Harini , aku nak share something yg aku dah penah citer sebelum ni, how can u start changing ur lifestyle. tapi , sbb seblum ni mcm citer nye panjang, ramai yg MALAS baca kot , so they didnt get it.

So, I'll make a LIST. What u should have and do to start ur WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY .

List 1 : THE EQUIPMENT

1. A SCALE / PENIMBANG
- the best, digital scale with body fat % and body water %. so u can monitor not only ur weight loss , but fat loss too.

2. A TAPE / PITA UKUR
- bukan soloytape eh .haha. ni tape utk ukur lilit badan korang . camne cara nak ukur and apa yg nak di ukur, check di sini

3. A LIL BOOK / DIARY
-rekodkan ur weight and all the inches. make sure korang catitkan segala progress yer.

4. A SPORT SHOES / KASUT SUKAN
- this is so important. find the one yg korang rasa selesa nak pakai. kalau aerobik dalam rumah pun mesti pakai kasut. supaya tulang , sendi korang tak buat kerja lebih nak tampung berat korang tu.

5. EXERCISE DVDS
- ni kalau korang nak wat indoor activities la kan. kalau nak berlari kat taman , lebih baik lagik.biasanya bila nak start ni,segan skit nak lari2, byk sangat lemak tumpang melompat.hehe

List 2 : THE FOODS

1. BUANG SEMUA JUNK FOOD DLM RUMAH
- everything u have..every single junk food , sila la buang or sedekah kan kat orang lain. selagi korang tak buat ni , selagi tu korang akan senang je nak capai n masuk mulut.

2. BUY MORE VEGGIES
-beli mcm2 jenis sayur. the good one - carrot , tomatoes , timun , cabbage . sbb ni tahan lama skit simpan. sayur daun2 bagus utk masak terus .

3. MILK
- minum susu 2x sehari. susu rendah lemak , hi calcium . penting utk mentenkan korang nye bone mass. ye la korang asik eksesais lompat2 , lari2..nanti kang kene osteoporosis plak.hehe

4. ROTI/CEREAL/ PASTA WHOLEGRAIN
-wholegrain is a good carbs . complex carbs lambat nak di proses so akan lambat nak rasa lapar. this is better than simple carbs mcm roti putih or nasik putih.

5. TELUR / ISI AYAM
- this is some examples of protein yg senang didapati dan senang nak di masak. hehe. when u exercise regularly, u really need this to repair ur muscle after some vigorous movement which can tear them off. kalau malas sangat nak masak , rebus jer la. senang.

6. FRUITS
-buah2 ni penting.especially utk snackking. utk pastikan korang tak makan junkies. fruit can be anything u like , even ada yg low or high GI , korang blaja la skit2 nak pilih yer. hehe.

7. CUT OFF SUGAR
- kurangkan segala jenis penggunaan sugar dlm hidup korang. kalau minum teh pon, minum la oolong tea or green tea yg tak payah pakai sugar ni. healthier.

8. NO MSG
- buang la segala MSG kat dapur tu. very bad

9. CAFFEINE - PLEASE AVOID
- caffein ni susah skit kan? its like drugs. so kene slow2 kurangkan. once a day is ok, but cuba la bentikan terus. u can replace coffee with tea . ( walaupon rasa tak sama.haha )

10. WATER
- last but not least..make sure ur home penuh dengan air masak. mesti stok kan banyak2 air masak. so bila rasa haus , u always have this better choice. kalau tak,mula la ambik ape yg ada dlm peti sejuk.

ok..i think that will be enough for now. the rest , u know what u need. like I always preach "DETERMINATION, WILL POWER". WITHOUT THIS TWO, U'LL GO NO WHERE.

DEAD DURING LIPOSUCTION

Baru balik dari hospital. DR yg ambik darah tu agak susah nak carik my blood vessels (sbb aku byk lemak kot? hehe ) . Dia cuck, tarik, cucuk , tarik ..baru la keluar darah. haiyaa..sakit la lokter.

Bleh lak aku tanye soklan bodo kat lokter ni .."can i do some weight training today?" dr tu jawab"haa? of course la.this is just 20ml of ur blood.hehe" >> poyo je aku ni.haha

Ok, today ada berita menggemparkan..reading Kosmo just now..Tajuk "MATI KETIKA SEDUT LEMAK ". MENGERIKAN. MENAKUTKAN. SUNGGUH MENYEDIHKAN. AL- FATIHAH UNTUK ARWAH NORAINI..

I'm so upset. Arwah Noraini ni , she's 30 y.o , malay lady ..dah buat lipo 14 times ( 14 ok ??? not 4..)

I dont really understand why she did that. But if i put myself in her shoes , i think i'll understand. Woman is always try to be perfect physically. Especially to our beloved one. We all wanna be slim , pretty , perfect. But maybe she forgot , nobody's perfect.

She's 50kg only ..so sad..with that weight n her height..she dont really need any of those. so sad..

I hope I wont be reading this kind of stories anymore. If u have too much money to spend, why dont u give it to me ? hahaha.Even if you dont pay me, I'll help u of course. Just please dont do this kind of thing to ur self. u r just torturing ur body. and end up dead because of this? SO NOT WORTH IT..!

I hope everyone will take this as a lesson. This is the worse can happen if you choose the wrong path. Believe me , everyone can lose weight the healthy way, with diet and exercise. You dont need those liposuction. All you need is DETERMINATION AND WILL POWER.

Malas sebenarnya, tapi i need to. kalau tak tatau status hormon skang . harap2 nya ok la.
this should be my second time , tapi the 1st time , diorang dah hilangkan the result. bleh mcm tu ?

Bila DR tanye "mana result patient ni ye kak ?"
"Tah la Doktor. dah hilang . takda ni " > how could u say that kak ? they took so many blood from me and all u can say is "tah la ?" Very stoopid.

My O&G Appointment today..

Salam.

Pagi tadik awal pagi dah aku jenguk hospital pakar seremban tu. Semalam skit lagik lupa arini ada appointment O&G.sib baik aku godek2 henpon..eiskk..

So,smpai hospital ambik nombor sume,tunggu la kene panggil.dah panggil , timbang berat and check Blood Pressure ( BP ) . my weight is 63kg ( timbang kat O&G mmg sengal..dah ramai sangat org besar2 mcm aku naik kan..haha..biasanya mmg bias 2-3 kg dari timbang sebenar.)and my BP is 118 / 80 ( almost perfect ! yeahh..)

nak tunggu DR panggil plak ..aku baca novel la.sib baik bawak awal. Househusband tajuk nya. i'll share about this in other entry some other time.

bila dr dah panggil ..terkejut gak.this time dpt DR lelaki yg muda belia ..hahaha.baik plak tu. sungguh la ske senyum .senang ati patient tgk . ( aku la tu .haha )

Tapi sbb dia muda..dia nye semangat pon lain.soklan pon mcm ikut buku. of course la aku leh expect dia nak tanye ape kan..ehehe.

so..takde ape yg menarik sangat . need to come again after 3 months. this saturday ambik darah D21 , pastu nanti pas piyed ambik lagi darah D2. ermmm.. bila la sume ni nak berakhir yer? selagi tak dpt baby la agaknye. sabar..sabar..

owh..ada sorang nenek kat O&G tadi..aku ingat dia teman cucu or anak dia. skali bila nama di panggil dia sendiri yg bangun n masuk ke bilik DR. that's very weird though. aku rasa mcm nak tanye je , kenapa ngan nenek tu. ermmm..kepoci..ehehe

PEOPLE JUST DONT LISTEN..

hari ni mcm angin skit. ni entry mcm nak marah . tapi tahan2 gak la ni .

aku sangat bengang ngan perangai manusia ni . kalau korang nak kurus , korang kene berusaha ke arah tu. bukannya dpt kurus dlm pikiran or dlm hati je.

nak berubah , kene buat perubahan. bukan nya dapat berubah ngan niat jer. betul tak ?

aku suka kalau orang yg betul2 semangat nak berubah . tapi semangat je belum dpt ubah korang. its the effort that u do. EFFORT , WORK HARD. tiap kali nampak gmbr org kurus , dlm hati ckp "aku mesti boleh buat ni ..aku pun nak kurus gak .." tapi bila smpai umah , what u do?? u watch tv or u sleep ..and now u r blaming FOOD cause u FAT ??Please..think again.

Exercise is a MUST. korang suka ke..tak suka ker , u need it to lose those belly fat, u need it to shape ur body ..u need it to lose ur extra weight. If korang nak sarung kasut sukan pun malas , how on earth do u expect those fat will be burn ? nak bakar lemak tu kat dapur ker? i wish it will be as easy as that.

Slalu aku ckp , start slow. YES , SLOW BUT COMMITED. if i say , start with walking , u should IMPROVED everyday. hari ni berjalan..minggu dpn maybe berlari , or maybe more intense workout. your body adapt dengan cepat , so make sure u really push it to the limit.

CHANGE YOUR HABIT. it takes 40 days to make something a habit. if u break it 1 day, u start again day 1. Penat ? memang. Tapi penat yang berbaloi.

Dont expect u'll lose that 20-years-old fat in 1 month. have a goal. reasonable one.

Mintak maaf ye kalau terkasar bahasa. like i said, people just dont listen what i preach over and over again. they said they wanna change , but they do nothing. they said they wanna be skinny , but they dont even do any exercise to burn those fat. they said they envy me , but i think they just keep it in their head n heart , effortless.

herrmm..so PATHETIC. dont get me wrong , i'm just sharing all i have with my readers. ( maybe I wont have any readers after this posting. hahaha )

U WANNA CHANGE UR LIFE ? START NOW. DONT WAIT TILL ITS TOO LATE.

AFTER A MONTH WITH JM ..

Salam.

Atas permintaan Posh ..aku nak share what happen after 1 month+ with JM ..ehehe

like i said to posh n others..aku tak buat JM ni hari2..sbb konfirm la rosak segala muscle ku kalau hari2 buat jm..sangat penat n sakit badan hokey ??

so kene rehat few days utk muscle recovery ..

this is how i do it..

JM ni ada 3 level ..Level 1 , 2 , 3

tiap2 level 20mins+- , ada warm up and cool down ..

TAPI , bg bim warm up nye tak ckup utk menampung intensiti eksesais JM ni ..so bim buat eksesais lain sebelum berJM ..to make sure i wont hurt myself during session with JM..hehe

kadang2 bim buat poco2..or naik elliptical for 10mins..just to warm up more ..

before start - know ur fat loss-mode- heartrate

untuk pastikan korang akan burn fat , kira brape heartrate maksimum korang
untuk burn fat , korang mesti AT LEAST menten 60 - 70 % of that heart rate selama 15 -30 min.

220 - umur korang .

mcm bim 220-29 = 191

so heart rate maksimum bg bim adalah 191
jadi ..masa eksesais, bim kene pastikan heart rate menten around 115-133 to have fat loss..

untuk 1st 10 days..bim buat Level 1 - most of the days. Mula2 buat , 2 hari pertama je bertahan. hari ke 3 rehat- sakit badan ya amat . pastu baru sambung balik. this level 1 mmg bim rasa sangat membantu weight loss.

lepas rasa dah ok with level 1 , bim move to level 2. level 2 ni pon around 10 days. intensity dah naik skit. ready la korang untuk berpeluh mcm hujan lebat.ehehe

pastu baru masuk Level 3. Level 3 ni ..walaupon hazaaabbbbb ..tapi msa cepat sangat berlalu. tak tau kenapa.tak rasa mcm 20mins pon. tapi keseksaan nya lebih la dari level 1 & 2.hehe.

Hasilnya ? I lose 2.8kg , 2% body fat, inches banyak , tak brape ingat , and also it toned my abs very well.. mau tgk ka abs ku ??hahahaha.. muntah nanti. takleh tepek sini,seksi. kalau mau tgk email me ok?

This is my review for JM. For me it's a good program for those yg nak lose weight , tak kira la beginner ke , otai ke ape ke.. but make sure u r ready mentally n physically. Buat je semampu mungkin.

SERUPA TAPI TAK SAMA..HEHE

Bersiaran lansung dari rumah..ehhh..aku blom bli laptop la..ni laptop dari opis adikku. dia cilok kata nak buat keje..tapi keje nye tertinggal kat opis..hahaha..jadik aku la guna..

Di pagi ahad yg indah permai ni ..aku pun tatau nak buat ape..kat porem pon mcm takde org nak borak..so mcm biasa aku godek2 la gmbr2 lama..ehehe..saje nak ingatkan aku.."i can't believe i was THAT BIG "..

Jumpa la few picca yg lebih kurang sama posing/baju ..tapi dah lain skit rupa..blum la kurus sgt lagik ..haha..BMI normal pon blum smpai ..berusaha lagik BIMBIM!!

ni dua2 picca kat pantai Port Dickson..ermmm..masa tudung biru tu boroi beb..seriously..penat nak kaver perut tiap kali ambik pic.muehehe

DRAGON BALL EVOLUTION 2009

Salam.

Kalau korang slalu lepak forum cari..korang akan tau betapa obses nya laki ku kepada Dragon Ball dan Samurai X ..hehe

Semalam movie Dragon Ball Evolution ni released kat Malaysia..harus lah laki ku sebagai DIE HARD FAN bersemangat nak jadi penonton pertama kan..




Jadi semalam lepas tgk The Biggest Loser , kitorang pon gi la tgk DBE tu..adik aku n kawan2 nya pun ikot..hehe..

Bukan main excited laki wa beb ..dia mcm budak kecik jer..gelak kuat2 ..pastu siap ckp 2 “aa..ni yg part atuk dia mati ni ..” “aaa…ni mestu Bulma ni ..ni mesti Chi Chi ..”
Dah mengalahkan budak kecik umo 5 taun tgk movie je aku rasa..ehehe

Aku malas la nak bg synopsis citer ni ..hehe..korang pon mesti dah tau..pada pandangan aku , kalau orang yg dah penah tgk Dragon Ball series ..akan rasa sangat la pening, sbb movie ni mcm versi dragon ball series yg telah di percepatkan 10x..hehe
Skrip yang aku paling ingat "Have faith in who u r .." . Ni atuk dia ckp bila dia tanya camne nak lawan Piccolo ..yg jahat dan kaler ijau tu..haha

Tapi bagi adik aku yg jarang2 layan series , dia kata movie ni sangat fun dan sangat best. Masa lepas balik dr movie pon dia ngan kawan2 dia siap berlatih camne nak buat Kame Hame Ha ..kat kedai makan lak tu ..buat bising jer ..

Yang masih sama bg aku adalah – POMPUAN SEKSI. Haha. Bulma , Chi chi dan pompuan jahat tatau nama tu ..semua nya berlumba2 tayang boobs memasing. Hehe. Jadi aku rasa tak seswai bawak anak2 yg membesar nak tgk citer ni. Ada adegan cemolot uncut plak tu..mueheheh

Korang mesti tatau setakat mana ke OBSES an laki ku terhadap Dragon Ball kan..??

Semua koleksi ni ..ada dirumah kitorang ..
DVD ni dari 1st episode..smpai la ke anak cucu cicit Gohan ade..haha..








Bukan itu saja...bukan hanya DVD ..
Dia siap ada koleksi miniature tau takkk??? hahaha. mmg mengalahkan budak kecik . pastu letak sume atas astro nye decoder..tak pon atas rak tv sbbb kitorang mana de almari nak letak mende2 ni ..











ni favorite nye ..sbb ada Goku n awan nimbus ..siap ada rumah kecik bawah tu ..dan ada super saiya tu ..ngan ape ntah nama jin tu ..hehehe

Begitulah betapa obses nya laki ku terhadap Dragon Ball . Aku tak kesah sangat sbnrnyer. sbb lebih baik dia layan dvd dragon ball tu kat umah daripada dia merewang2 berpoya2 ngan kawan2 nya kat luar kan kan kan ???

Tapi , paling tak tahan kan..bila jumpa anything yg ada kaitan ngan Dragon Ball or Samurai X..dia akan tarik aku dan tengok je benda tu ..sambil ckp "yang ..best kan tu kan..best kan..nak bli boleh tak ?" kalau aku ckp "eee..tayah la , mcm budak2" nanti dia majuk ..hahahah

mmg sebijik mcm anak kecik korang kan ? tapi aku sebagai bakal ibu yg baik lyn je la perangai budak kecik tu ..hahaha

FOOD PORTIONS

Salam.

kalau korang slalu baca blog ni ..korang mesti perasan aku slalu ulang ayat ni "control ur portion" "watch ur portion" " makan tapi reduce the portion"

Apakah sebenarnya yg aku maksudkan "portion" tu ?

A "portion" is how much food you CHOOSE to eat, whether in a restaurant, from a package, or in your own kitchen..

So..portion tu korang yg pilih sendiri ..tu la masalah nyer..ehehe ..

dah nama nya kalau suka makanan..semua pon main ngap jer..sebenarnye aku rasa itu lah masalah utama kenapa aku jadi OBESE dulu. sbb aku asik makan mende2 tak pekdah , dalam portion yg salah , masa yg salah.

Untuk mengelakkan korang jadik obese mcm aku , aku nak share bbrp tips utk kontrol portion kita , dan elakkan terlebih makan ..


1. Take a standard serving out of the package and eat it off a plate instead of eating straight out of a box or bag. - contoh kalau korang bli aiskrim , masuk dlm 1 cawan, jgn makan dari bekas tu, nanti tak pasan brape byk dah korang makan..ehehe

2. Avoid eating in front of the TV or while busy with other activities. - ni hobi ramai orang ni ..makan sambil tgk SPA Q .haha. bila rasa geram kat julia tu ,mula la mulut kunyah lagik kuat..sedar2 abis spa Q , nasik 2 pinggan pon dah abis..

3. Eat breakfast every day. - this is so important. apa yg masuk dlm perut korang masa pagi, akan tentukan mcm mana prestasi metabolisme korang hari tu. make sure makan seckupnya masa sarapan , so korang tak kelaparan seblum tghari dan ckup tenaga.

4. Pay attention to what you are eating and fully enjoy the smell and taste of your foods. - bila makan, ambik bau dulu ..makan slow and feeeeelllll the taste..

5.Eat slowly so your brain can get the message that your stomach is full. - biasanya ambik masa 20min utk perut bagitau otak "ok, aku dah kenyang"..so bila korang makan slowly,takde la terlebih melantak ..ehehe

6. Take seconds of vegetables or salads instead of meats or desserts. - more veggies , more fiber , less fat. fiber akan lambatkan penyerapan lemak ..

7. Try to eat 5-7 sensible meals at regular times throughout the day. - kene makan timing yg betul. biasakan badan dgn timing tu. so nanti automatik badan bg signal bila lapar and cepat kenyang.

8.Skipping meals may lead you to eat larger portions at your next meal. - ni perangai aku dulu la ni. sarapan makan berat2 , lunch tak makan konon diet la , dinner makan mcm aper jer. sbb dah lapa sangat sebelum dinner , jadi makan malam takleh nak kontrol..

9.Snack 2-3 times a day - snack yg healthy la like i said before. snackking ni bleh kurangkan craving for food .sbb perut sentiasa ada isik , xda la kelaparan .

10.When you do have a "treat", eat only one serving, eat it slowly, and enjoy it! - treat mean..like ...KFC ? Pizza ? Cake ? Muffin ? hehe..any treat la..1 serving..slowlyyy..and enjoyyy..


Itu kalau makan kat umah ..kalau makan kat luar plak ..here's a few tips :-

1. Share your meal, order a half-portion, or order an appetizer as a main meal. - hehe. i always do this. buli adik or hubby share my food. sbb gerenti takleh abis nya ..

2. Stop eating when you begin to feel full. Focus on enjoying the setting and your friends or family for the rest of the meal. - yes. ni betul. kalau dah mula rasa nak kenyang, its mean u got enuff. sbb after few minutes pastu baru makanan smpai kat perut , so betul2 dah kenyang. yg aku dulu makan smpai kenyang, pastu rasa sebu plak makan dah terlebih2 ..

3. Take half or more of your meal home. You can even ask for your half-meal to be boxed up before you begin eating so you will not be tempted to eat more than you need. - owh yeah. i do this too. kalau makan kt luar slalu ada separuh. tapau la balik , tp usually smpai umah tak makan dah pun , bg adik or hb makan. hehe.asik dorang je jadik mangsa kan.

4. Avoid large beverages, such as "supersize" soft drinks. They have a large number of calories. Order the small size, choose a calorie-free beverage, or drink water with a slice of lemon. -- wohoo..ni dulu slalu buat kat kfc n mekdi ..haha..mentang2 mekdi tambah rm1 je utk Large meal..hehe..jangan tertipu ye kawan2..

5. If you stop at a fast food restaurant, choose one that serves salads, or order the small burger with lettuce and tomato. - choose the smallest meal la ..kalau kfc, makan la seketul ayam tu..kalau pizza..makan la 1 slice..hehe.u still have a choice,dont u ?

6. Have water or nonfat milk with your meal instead of a soft drink. If you want french fries, order the small size. - water - the best drink in the world..hehe

7. When traveling, bring along nutritious foods that will not spoil such as fresh fruit, small cans of fruit, peanut butter and jelly (spread both thin) sandwiches, whole grain crackers, carrot sticks, air-popped popcorn, and bottled water - this is so important. slalu org ambik ringan bila nak travel. skang ni , adalah menjadi kewajipan ku , tiap kali nak berjalan2 , bawak air masak dari rumah 1.5L..for my own good. sbb kalau kurang minum air - gerenti jatuh sakit.huhu

WHY I NEVER SHARE MY DAILY MENU ?

Salam.

dah petang baru nak wat entry ker?hehe. Sorry. saje kasik saspen ..esok je la korang baca.hehe

Some people asked me , "why i never see u reveal anything bout ur menu ?" " u didnt write anything bout what u eat in ur blog, y ?"

Its hard to explain. haha. I believe in eating right and doin exercise will help in losing weight. I believe we need to watch what we eat to make sure we dont overeat. I believe u need to at least workout for at least 30mins a day to make sure there will be some weight loss.

The reason is , i dont want people to blindly follow what i eat. Its like giving fish to a fisherman , rather than giving them tools for fishing.. *(alasan baik punyer ) hehehe

Kita kene betul2 kenal badan sndiri ..buat kajian dan ujikaji..ehehe..tgk mcm mana badan korang bertindak balas dengan apa yg korang makan and aktiviti yg korang buat ..
Kaji apa yg menyebabkan berat korang naik or turun ..
Tgk makanan ape yg paling bahaya utk korang ..

and this is some of the other ( real ) reason why i dont share my menu in my blog .hehe :-

- I'M NOT A GOOD DIETER..TRUST ME ;)
- I'M NOT GOOD IN CHOOSING FOOD
- I FAIL CALORIE COUNTING - seriously ..ada org sudi nak ajar tak ? haha
- I EAT ALMOST ANYTHING I LIKE - which is not good for people who strictly follow their diet
- I EAT BAD THINGS ONCE IN A WHILE - once in a while mean.......? once a month maybe?hehe
- I DO SKIP MY EXERCISE ROUTINE - Yes. This is so true..
- SOMETIMES , I JUST FEEL LAZY -- lazy is so bad u know??hehe


So, kenapa plak aku nak letak menu harian aku kat sini ..betul tak ? nanti korang ckp "elehh..dia ni ckp pandai tapi tak buat pon .."hehehehe

After a series of trial and error , I think i understand my body better nowadays. I know what can makes me bigger , what i should/shouldnt eat , when should i eat , and how much can i eat bad food. hehe

And that's why , i still lose weight , even slowly ..

Kalau korang jumpa aku live and have a meal with me , u'll be suprise how i eat. haha. I really eat almost anything , cuma kurangkan portion jer.

So, please dont ask me about "can i eat this ..can i eat that ..is this good ..is this bad .." I just CANT ANSWER that questions..ehehe

Like i said before , anything in small amount wont hurt u and ur diet ..basically u can eat almost anything. BUT , still need to avoid some food that obviously sinful ..like oily , greasy , salty , fatty , buttery food..hehe

I LOVE FOODS . I just can't deny it. But I do LOVE MYSELF more. and of course I love my scale.haha.

When u exercise regularly , insyaAllah , berat takkan naik dengan mudah nya . kalau naik pun skit , akan turun dengan cepatnya. Play some trick with ur body . Dont just say NO to food without knowing what u r doin .

Jangan balik umah malam ni melantak plak ..mentang2 aku ckp camni..hahaha..

A TRIP TO MELAKA - WITH NO QUEST AT ALL..EHEH

So , last sunday we went to MELAKA !!! ..without any reason. buang masa , buang duit ..eisk3..anak sapa la nih ..

Konon nya nak gi naik Eye of Melaka tu ..malangnye smpai lambat dan sebok buat benda tak penting..dah malam tak best naik sbb tak nampak the whole melaka kan..ermmm..nak gi Zoo pon tak dpt sbb laki ku tinggal kat umah ..kang nangis lak dia..hahaha

Sempat la snap few pics bodo2 ..korang layan je la ..haiya..aku skang ni mmg gila ambik gmbr kan?? orang PERASAN kurus mmg mcm tu ..hahaha..

1st tmpt singgah ..Melaka Mall ..takde ape sangat ..baru kot tmpt ni ..org pon tak ramai ..

Pastu go Dataran Pahlawan Mega Mall..walawei..mcm Mida Valley MegaMall pon ade..ehehe..mcm2 kedai ade ..tapi tak sempat singgah sume sbb masa dah time..uuhu

ni bli kat Danga Bay aritu ..sume baju kemban2 je ..wakakaka..konon2 nak pakai ngan legging aa nih..baju kat atas ni rm15 , kat bawah brape tah luper..ehehe



dua ni bli kat Berjaya Times Square..baju mickey biru tu rm10 , yg kat bawah ni nak tunjuk kardigan putih tu ..rm15 kot..tak penah jumpa cardigan murah la..slalu mesti 20+..tapi sbb LENGAN aku GEDABAK..jadi tak lawa plak ..hahaa..abaikan


yg ni plak try mix n match baju long sleeve ngan maxi..waa..mcm match plak ( ke mata aku dah rabon terok ?) haha..
