IT'S FRIDAY..

Salam semua.

Bestnye dah hari jumaat. Sbb nak balik Seremban. haha. balik smbn pun ske ke ?
penat la skang. everyday i fall asleep at 9pm. sangat la awal. sume cerita kegilaan ku kat AXN dah jarang tengok. slalu tgk ulangan masa weekend je. nasib baik la House ada ulangan every saturday n sunday. hehe .

Berat aku camtu gak. sbb nya aku makan mcm kelaparan giler. everytime balik keje , mesti rasa mcm dah tak makan dari pagi . padahal pagi makan berat , lunch mkn nasik , pkl 530pm dah rasa kebulur. huhu.

Skang aku dinner lagi awal gila dari dulu . Sbb tak masak n makan kat kedai . kalau hubby ambik balik keje , terus gi makan.

bila dah makan awal , pagi esok nyer bangun tido sangat la kelaparan lagi.haha. and the cycle goes on and on .hehe. and when the hell will i loss my weight if i continue that kind of lisfestyle? eheh.sendiri mau ingat la bim.

ok la korang. nak ambik angin luar. sit in this office is like staying in a refrigerator. giler sejuk. mcm nak simpan ayam je.haha

SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE

sorry sangat2. mesti ramai yg pelik kenapa tak dpt masuk blog ni bbrp hari lepas.

Al kesahnyer aku gatal tangan ..pastu tersalah klik ..hahaha..pastu aku tak pasan plak tu
sehingga la ade org email n msg tanye kenapa tak dpt masuk blog ni ?

Bila aku online guna henpon laki aku ..aku try klik " everyone " balik dah tak bleh plak ..so terus la ter "block" sume orang ..ehehe..

So sorry. that was my stupid mistake.

ekceli takde la hapdet pon kan..skang ni tgh fight utk kuarters la. sengal tau dorang ni . dah brape lama tunggu tak dpt2 ni . sakit jiwa raga. sian maira n family dia. semak je ade aku kat umah tu.hehe. walaupon aku ske giler lepak ngan anak2 dia kan, tapi dorang pon perlu space sendiri. yg paling kesian abg mat la , husband maira. mesti susah nak manja2 ngan maira sbb aku ada..ngeh3..sorry maira.

sebab tu seboleh2nye aku mesti nak balik seremban kalau weekend. takde la nyemak sangat kan. tu je la pon masa maira nak luang bersama family dia.

ekceli ade few picca ambik masa gi kl baru2 ni ngan adik n bapak aku. tapi dlm henpon mana tah.hehe. aku rasa mcm dah berisi plak dlm pic tu. ALARM!!!abis la. berat pon dah naik ni ..haha..mana taknye , makan kek lapis n ikan terubok masin yg bapak aku bawak tu. huhu. pastu bermalam kat KL lagi la ala2 tak sedar diri . sampai kene cirit birit. adoi la.

aku dgr forum cari dah berwajah baru. tapi blum tgk lagik. tadi tgk jap mcm kelakar pon ada. mcm porem budak2.hahaha.

Lama Tak Hapdet - Got some warning ..

Salam .

dah lama giler tak hapdet. bz giler konon. haha.

arini should be masuk meeting together with the big boss n 2nd boss. but bila kitorang dah masuk bilik meeting , tgk2 unit lain hantar 41 ke atas je. haha. buat malu den je. I dont mind actually , i'm really willing to learn everything. and being in a meeting is one of the best way if u want to have a general idea about what they have in that particular ministry. Unluckily , they dont have enough space for "people like us" - org2 bawahan. hehe.

I've been here almost 2 months. and I've a learn a lot of thing. Did I cope well ? I think i'm doin good for the time being. Thanx to my dad , who really teach me how to be a survivor. ( thanx for all the preach . haha )

Remember about "the scary" boss that i've talked about ? haha. Sorry boss.
He's not that scary. My father is wayyyy scarier than him. haha. the different is , my boss will affect my career. That's the point. I hope i can be the best employee ever (?) hehe. Dream.

Oh, before i forgot , this is a serious warning for those yg asyik nak promote pasal produk kurus at my shoutbox and in my comments.

PLEASE DONT PROMOTE ABOUT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCT OR PROGRAM OR WHATSOEVER IN MY SHOUTBOX OR MY COMMENTS.
I WILL DELETE YOUR POST AS SOON AS I SEE IT , AND IF U DID IT AGAIN , I'LL BAN UR IP . IS THAT FAIR ENOUGH ??

Aku mmg la sangat hangin org2 yg pomot mcm2 produk ni. dont u get it ?? Aku taknak nanti org2 lain yg masuk blog ni pon terpengaruh. dah la ade link skali tu. tak pasal2 org ingat aku yg tolong pomot plak.

A GOOD START ..

Salam.

Nak ambik masa utk update jap .

Good news , i'm losing the 1st kg from the target ! yess!! Go Go Chaiiyooo!!!

So I'm 61 kg..haha.jauh lagi dari target .

Disebabkan timbang umah maira is manual , so aku depends on that je la .timbang digital kat seremban. Timbang umah maira pon lebih kurang timbang digital aku je reading nyer. Reliable la kan. hehe.

I'm getting back on track. trying to be as physically active as before. and being "picky" about the food is a good start to train myself. I'm back to mihun tomyam , wholegrain , sandwich ..hahaha.

but like always , weekend will ruin everything. ( hopefully not! ) . goin back to seremban dis evening.

SELEPAS SETAHUN..A NEW GAME

Salam.

mesti korang pelik kan..baru pas wat entry after a month pasal keje ..takkan dah setaun plak. haha..ntah ape yg dah setaun tu ..

Hari ini , 2 Jun 2009 , genap setahun aku diet n exercise...sungguh la tak sangka dah masuk bulan Jun kan? dah setengah tahun ..apa yg kita dah buat dlm hidup kita? apa yg kita dah capai dalam setaun ni ? tercapai tak resolusi tahun baru 2009 yg kita war-warkan awal taun dulu ?

1. MENCAPAI BERAT BADAN UNGGUL (HAHAHA) UNTUK BMI NORMAL IAITU AT LEAST 55.0kg SEBELUM 01.06.2009 -- CABARAN UTAMA
- nampaknya cabaran utama ni tak kesampaian ..walaupon aku dah dpt BMI normal aritu ..( tapi kejap je..hehe )

2.PAKAI SUAR JEANS SAIZ 28 SECEPAT MUNGKIN..HAHAHA
- yg ni pon tak dpt ..haha..dapat masuk jeans 28 , tapi tak dpt nak zip la..wakaka..dpt sarung jer..kalau aku pakai tak zip , agak2 ada org perasan tak ? wakakakak

3.DPT SARUNG DAN ZIP DAN BUTTON KAN SUAR JEANS B.U.M SAIZ 30 YG TELAH DIHADIAHKAN OLEH KAWANKU ( BAIK NYE SINDIR BEB..EHEHE )
- ini telah berjaya di realisasi kan bbrp bulan lepas. sangat best rasanya dpt pakai jeans BUM saiz 30 tu ..sbb jeans aku yg lain sume kain strecthable n cap ayam. yg ni je ala2 mahal..tu pon org bagi..haha

4.DAPAT PAKAI SUAR THAI TANPA MENAMPAKKAN KEMONTOKAN POUCH KU..HAHA
- suar thai yg main ikat tali ni pon dah leh pakai ..cuma nya takleh nak bawak gi jalan sbb panjang nak mampos ( kependekan tidak dapat di ubah suai ye tuan puan ..ehehe )

5.BODY FAT % MESTI DITURUNKAN SEKURANG2 NYA 5% SEBELUM 04.02.2009 ( INI TARIKH NEXT APPOINTMENT NGAN DIETITIAN..EHEHE )
- body fat % dah turun skit je sehingga ke tarikh ini. maybe sbb diet tak jaga bebetul2..exercise pon tak proper..

6.MINUM AIR MASAK 2 BOTOL 1.5LITER SEHARI
- done. very well done. skang pon dah ada 2 botol kecik 500ml kat opis , mesti top up at least 3 times daily. so dpt la 3L.

7. EKSESAIS AT LEAST 30MIN SEHARI
- this cannot be done buat masa skang. sbb berada di rumah orang dan tak bleh nak ber aerobik dlm umah orang. ehehe. sebenarnyer boleh je. aku yg malas. betul tak? pandai je carik alasan. akan diusahakan dlm masa terdekat. hehe

8.MAKAN FAST FOOD SEKALI JE SEBULAN / 2 BULAN SEKALI ( MANA YG KESAMPAIAN..HEHE )
- dah agaakkkk lamaaaaaa tak makan fastfood. tatau kenapa. boring kot? hehe. KFC doesnt taste that good nowadays. tak tau kenapa dulu mcm org gila suka sangat KFC ni. ntah ape mantera KFC letak eh..secret recipe..ehehe

So setakat ni ..ada yg dah tercapai..ada yg belum ..kene usahakan pas ni ..

Anyway , sempena dah setaun ni ..aku nak memula kan cabaran baru untuk diri ku sendiri.

Disebabkan berat aku skang adalah 61-62kg mcm tu, jadi aku nak buat taerget baru.

52kg before end of the year 2009.

Can it be done ? OF COURSE. nak ngan taknak je kan Bim ? hehe.

By the end of the year..I MUST LOSE 10 KG from now.

This will be a real challenge. Sbb sebelum ni , this is my achievement ( if u can call it achievement..hehe ) for 1 year..

Weight Loss = From 74kg to 62kg = 12kg
Body Fat % Loss = From 45% to 34% = 11%

This is SUPER SLOW progress. maybe sbb bim tak ckup give in everything.

So , let's get it started , Bim .
