What a SUN-Day

Salam.

Harini awal online. husband keje pagi, so bim pn bngun awal..semalam dah niat nak g jogwalk kat tasik dkt ngan flat hijau..dah lama tingin nak gi jog kat situ, baru harini kesampaian..dan sangat puas ati sbb dpt test sume peralatan yg ada..kat situ mcm mini gym plak..mcm2 ada(treadmill takde la yer..hehe)..syok nyer..hopefully dpt wat slalu..hehehe

 Leg press ni mmg bagus utk peha n betis..sbb nya kita kene tolak weight kita sendiri..hahaha..ambik ko bim..apa rasa????hehehe


 pic ni konon2 nak ambik pic keseluruhan tasik..tapi kamera henpon mana la muat..hahaha..


 chest pump up ni nampak je mudah..cuba terai test tengokkkkk...ahahaha..sama gak, pakai body weight..patot la susah beno nak tolak..dekat nak 70kg nak tolak..giler ker haper?? mmg akan sangat bg kesan kat triseps..amin..aminn...hehe


 Row..row..row your boat..hehe..best oo main ni..tapi kan sbb gue berat, berbunyik2 mende ni..kreoookk kreookkk..naik sogan aa den..tapi den wat pokak jer..den kayuh jeee...hehehehe


 Ostrich rider ni agak kurang mencabar la..(cehhhhhh) sbb mcm tak effect sangat pd badan..tapi bagus untuk tangan dan kaki..and abs if i'm not mistaken..


 double mirage walker ni kan..nmpak je mcm mainan budak2..cuba ekau berdiri atas tu..tgk ekau tergolek tak..hahaha..den tadi kompiden jo naik..skali skit lagik nak tersembab..badan tak seimbang..adik duo org ni joling ja den..den wat muko bodo je la..hahaha..pastu den turun laju je dorang wat rampasan kuasa..bila den ckp "dik, akk ambik gmbr ni..senyum2" malu pulak dia..hehehe


Trio twist ni biasa je la..mcm twister tu..bukan twister air tu ye..tapi yg utk waistline..hehe..

 ni je muka tuan blog yang tak semenggah..takde mangsa nak suh ambik pic..camwhoring jer la..hahahahaha

Lepas dah lari2 adik kat tasik tu..tingat plak sabtu ahad ada aerobik kat padang dekat foodcourt presint 9..so terus berlari2 abang plak ke padang tu..tgk2 dah start..tapi baru warm up, so terus join d club..




Trainer nye adalah seorang makcik yer..kagum ngan stamina dia..dia pon ade ngajar kelas aerobik dlm air..haaa..seswai utk org yg ada masalah sendi, yg obese n takleh move sangat..hari selasa, kat pullman..tapi kol 3 petang la..kalau tak keje leh gak join ek..yuran nya RM50 sebulan..sangat berbaloi la sbnrnye..aku tingin nak aerobik dlm air..the calories burn adalah 3 kali ganda aerobik biasa hokeyyyy..sapa takmo??

ok la..itu saje citer hari ahad minggu ni..hehe. berat pagi ini adalah 67.4kg. Keep it goin baby!

Back On Track..

Salam.

Its been quite sometimes. sangat bz dengan keje and slalu sangat outstation. sorry semua, dah lama tak update aper2..

Anyway, Daniya is already 1 years old! How time flies kan..cepat sangat masa berlalu..rasa macam baru jer dia lahir..dah setahun dah umurnya..semoga Allah merahmati dan mengurniakan segala kelebihan dan kebaikan untukmu Daniya..amin..

Walaupun Daniya dah setahun..tapi...ibu nyer masih lagi belum berjaya menguruskan diri smpai skang..hahaha..what a shame mummy!..i'm trying my best, and keep trying..
Its not dat easy u know..(ceh..mcm la ko sorang yg beranak..hahaha) post pregnancy weight loss adalah sangat susah..especially kalau tak focus dan MALAS hehehe..dan banyak kerja of course (alasan lagik).

My current weight is 68.7 kg (this morning). I dont know if that is higher or lower than before sbb dah lama tak weigh myself. Why  I dont weigh myself? Sbb tak eksesais la..what do u expect?hehe. berangan la nak turun berat if tak exercise..sbb i'm a food lover, adalah agak mustahil nak mengurus kalau diet saje..no no no..

I think one of the reason why people "think" that they're not that fat because they still can fit their old clothes. hehe. that happens to me too. I thought i'm not "too fat" because i still can fit everything in my closet. Until one day when I tried out my M size outfit, and i can't fit it at all!! uwaaaaaaaa...!!! ( padan muka ko bim..hehe)

Then i realised..I should believe what i feel and see..meaning, look in the mirror and see if u have that flabby arms (tettt!!) spare-tyred abs (tetttt!!) double-sized drumstick (tettt!!) and..bigger boobs but full of fat (haaa???) huhu. i said YES.  so wake UP! maybe i can still fit my baju kurung (sbb baju kurung kan longgar) but with all the lumps n bumps, segan la plak kan.

I dont want to buy another closet of L and XL outfit. I gave it all to my friends ( konon2 untuk jadi motivasi supaya i wont be that big again) . I will never be that BIG again. but i'm afraid that i'll be medium-big, like now. huhuhu.

I still do my exercise, but its not daily like before, when Daniya was here. Bila Daniya takde, suppose lagi banyak masa utk exercise and takde gangguan, but happen to be, lagi takde semangat. Kalau Daniya ada, i will do skipping while she run in her walker..and also jerit2..hehe. dat i think give me an extra energy..

Recently, i feel like i wanna RUN. i hate running,actually. but i dont know, just feels like want to run. kang dah start larik, sure sakit kaki, mesti dah taknak plak. hehehe. tapi, mcm takut plak nak lari sorang2. Putrajaya is not a safe place anymore. dah ada mcm2 kes. nak ajak my hubby, but too many excuses, end up aku pon terbongkang bersama tak eksesais. hehe.

mcm banyak plak dah taip. talk to u guys later. i need to move my body. so skang nak pegi turun naik tangga sekejap, sebelum ke toilet. hehe. drink a lot of water ye kawan2! take care!
