Review pasal Kettlebell(KB) & contoh simple KB workout

Salam..

ok, aritu dah janji nak bg review pasal KB ni kan..
esok genap seminggu bli KB
so far mmg sangat suka workout dengan KB ni sebab :

1. Short n Sweat ;) workout 10mins pun akan lencun macam lepas berlari berpuluh km..(ye ker) haha
but like i said, its your heart rate thats matter most, lencun doesnt mean u r doin good. 

2. step senang. there's no complicated things for beginner. u can follow the step on d spot. tapi u need to practice to make sure the form is right. i'm still wayyyyyy from the perfect form. it takes time.

3. u can find the KB workout anywhere on the net. ada mcm2. youtube jgn ckp la. hehe

4. its a good workout for ppl whon dont have much time. time can really affect ur motivation. bila pk kta bz sangat dan tak smpt nak workout, so kita akan carik mana yg intense dan cepat. tapi bila sume nya 30mins + terus takde mood. moral downnnn..terus malas. hehe

ok next kita citer few simple and basic KB workout k.

1. Goblet Squat

- cara : angkat KB, squat, pastu berdiri . mcm dlm gmbr di atas. hehe

2. KB Halo

- cara : angkat KB, pusingkan mcm buat bulatan area kepala. its HALO. 

3. KB 2 handed swing


- cara : pegang KB kedua2 tangan, squat, hayun lalu bawah squat dan hayun ke depan. mcm dlm gmbr. your back must straight. kalau tak nnti sakit tulang belakang.

4. 1 handed swing 

- sama mcm kat atas, tapi guna sebelah tangan sajer.

yang lain2 bleh google jer. better tgk video daripada gambar sbb baru boleh tgk movement n form yg betul.

ok..esok lusa ai update pasal berat plak ..hehehe.
