HOW MY DIET'S LOOKS LIKE DURING PREGNANCY?

Salam..


Harini last exam untuk sah jawatan tu . arini paper subjek jabatan. Berkenaan akta kwsp,akta pencen dan tatatertib serta naik pangkat. ada 6 soklan, jawab 4. Setiap soklan 25markah. Hehe. Hebat tak..giler la panjang jawapan..


Doa aku Cuma semoga kitorang sume lulus la exam tu dan tak payah mengulang.hehe. mustahil la jugak sume org nak lulus kan? But nothing’s impossible.


Thanx to irenedahayu for the award eh..dah lama tak terima award2 ni ..mungkin ada org bg tapi bim yg tak jenguk2 , so tatau. Hehe. Sorry for that.


Some people may ask , how’s my meal n diet looks like during this pregnancy period..adakah aku makan melampau2 dan sesuka jiwa or sangat berkira2 tentang kalori dan jenis makanan?
Sebelum kita bercerita panjang , some people dont understand what “diet” means. Bila org dengar diet je org ingat maksudnya adalah cara makan untuk org nak mengurangkan berat badan.


Diet mean whatever you eat . meaning = pemakanan dlm bahasa melayu yg mudah. So pemakanan ada yg baik, ada yg tak baik. Good n bad diet.


When we talk about diet during pregnancy, it doesnt mean i’m “dieting” untuk menurunkan berat badan. Hehe. I’m not an expert , but i love to share this with all the expectant mother out there. Especially yg rasa risau tentang berat selepas beranak. Hehe. Yes, i’m already worried.


Masa memula pegnen kan macam susah nak telan anything , but you MUST make sure u eat something. Make sure perut sentiasa ada isi , so bila muntah, ada benda yg nak dimuntahkan. Not just some gastric juice. Its bad for your stomach when muntah masa perut kosong. Merosakkan saluran pemakanan.


I drink 2 glass of milk daily , anlene materna. And drink a lot of water. Masa memula pegnen susah skit nak telan air masak, so i replace it with air soya. Just make sure u have enough water, otherwise u can easily get dehydrated and kene urinary tract infection – jangkitan kuman kat saluran kencing or kencing kotor org ckp. Water is essential.


Sarapan aku makan berat. Like nasik goreng or mihun goreng, roti sandwich or wholemeal with peanut butter, anything that can make me feel full , even for a short time. Bila dah pegnen kan asik lapar je , snacking is so important to make sure i dont eat junks. So i bought the new oat krunch- it taste good! And of course my IKO. But IKO taste tooo sweet nowadays. Tatau kenapa la. Other type of snack that i have is kacang2,biskut munchy’s,and whatever suite my taste, as long as they’re good enough for me n my baby’s health.


Lunch i will have nasik n sayur n lauk as usual. I do eat a lot of sayur,Cuma skang dah tak ske kobis. Hehe.rasa mcm mual plak. Ske sayur berdaun2. And a lot of fish. This baby nampaknya dont like chicken so much. I rarely eat chicken, but i need some sort of meat in my meal for my health so i do eat them sometimes. Iron is important for pregnancy’s mom wellbeing , so one of the best source is meat. I dont like eating animal’s organ , so takleh la nak makan hati ke, jantung ke,usus ke ape ke.


Dinner susah skit. I usually had just sesenduk nasik with lauk n sayur. Malam kurang selera nak makan, so i cover up with other carbs or protein like roti wholemeal,yogurt,telur . as long as perut tak bebunyik2. Hehe. And of course susu. Really helps with my hunger pang. And biscuit sometimes.


Selama 17 weeks pegnen ni, aku mmg ada makan kfc,mekdi, and such. But once in a while. I still think about what the fat will do after i deliver. Haha. Fobia beb. But its good though. Peringatan kan. I dont want to be that big fat girl again , do i ? so beware from now.


Walaupun mcm tu , i dont mind having this extraweight for a miracle that the baby will bring in my life. Whatever happen after that, i’ll think about it after dah deliver n baby sehat walafiat. Hehe.


I read somewhere that pregnant mom can have extra 300 calories for daily diet. So, basically 1500kcal per day to make sure we dont gain too much weight. For me personally , just watch what u eat, just like when u r trying to lose weight. But dont do harm to ur baby. Learn what u should eat more and what u should eat less, but u must eat.

Exercise ? the best i can do would be walking. Hehe. Dari rumah ni nak ke stesen bas kene jalan kaki. Turun dari bas nak ke opis , jalan kaki lagi. That would be 20mins add up together. When i get bored at home, i walk to the foodcourt precint 9 ni, that will take around 15-20mins because i walk slowly. i want to do poco-poco or simple aerobic but my dr said walking is enough, jangan penat sangat n burden urself. But i’m planning to do some yoga for pregnant mom nanti. Hehe.


Panjang nye bebel. That’s what happen when i have laptop n internet. Haha. Semoga ada yg mendapat manfaat atas apa yg bim tulis ni. Sharing is caring, like i always said. So keep sharing the love..;)

  2. hehe. thanx for stoppin by eyn. bim skang dah masuk fasa lain.tu yg slow skit nak citer pasal lose weight. tapi aper2 pun,mesti la stil kene jaga kesihatan n get ready for the extra kgs nanti.haha.

    i know u dont need me for that. u r doin greatby urself. take care eyn ;)
