Update dengan broadband yang sempot..hehe

Salam..

I really want to update. However,this BB really makes me sick. Adoi la,line sangat hampeh. Lagi kesian kat laki aku,dari pd tadi dia try tak dpt guna lansung,skali time aku balik keje boleh plak guna internet. Hehe. Hopefully ni dpt la upload. Skang ni kene taip dulu la kat words.

Today is Friday. I love Friday. Sbb esok lusa dah weekend. Best nyer dpt rehat2 kan. Tapi tak la rehat sangat sbnrnyer, ade sebemban fail aku bawak balik nak kene study. Huhu. Ada few new cases nak kene brief kat bos2.

This weekend ada kenduri kawin anak buah husband. Tapi kat mantin. Next week baru kat umah abang ipar. Maybe next week we’ll go to the wedding.

I dont have much to say actually.hehe . maybe a few words to someone or whoever yg ada masalah PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) mcm bim and really want to get pregnant. Mcm bim penah ckp sblum ni, it will never be easy. You r fighting with ur own body. Never give up.

First u need to understand ur own body. Kene paham badan kita ni bertindak mcm mana. Apa yg kita makan, apa yg kita buat, sume nye akan effect hormone kita , and that will affect ur chances to get pregnant.

I know how devastating it is when we see how other people easily can get pregnant. Just be thankful for whatever happen. Sentiasa bersyukur dan redha. Everything happen for a reason. Dan satu hari nanti kita akan paham kenapa Allah uji kita mcm tu.

Bim sangat bersyukur sbb penah gemuk sebelum ni. Sbb lepas ni sekurang2nya bim dah tau it will never be easy to lose ur weight, but it surely can be done. ( even u r sangat pemalas nak exercise sebelum tu..hehe ). Nothing is impossible, dengan izin Allah swt. Usaha , mesti dengan semangat yg kuat, baru boleh bertawakal.

Change ur lifestyle. Dont give excuses. Start watching what u eat and please, do exercise. Orang yg ada pcos ni mmg takkan turun berat dengan senang. And never think of taking any products,seriously, it wont work or maybe it will make ur pcos worse.

Nak tgk citer nurkasih la. Nanti2 la citer plak.hehe

  1. Change ur lifestyle. Dont give excuses. Start watching what u eat and please, do exercise. Orang yg ada pcos ni mmg takkan turun berat dengan senang. And never think of taking any products,seriously, it wont work or maybe it will make ur pcos worse.
