5/6/2012 - Assfire WO!


Salam..
this is today's workout..simple saje 
50s effort /10s rest , 12 rounds so total 12mins saje
1. Prisoner squat jump
2. straight abs
3. reverse push up (aku replace ngan push up biasa)
4. step up - guna sofa/kerusi

klau dah tatau nak buat ape, mmg bagus buat workout BR ni.. short but intense
dulu aku slalu rasa aku tak mampu pun nak buat workout BR ni sbb nampak mcm hardcore
sebenarnya, sapa2 pun bleh buat..dengan syarat study dulu bebetul form and listen to your body ..
kalau rasa tak bley buat xtreme, buat ikut kemampuan 
its either u do it or not, there's no MAYBE.
