NEW DIET PLAN

Salam semua ..apa khabar ?

Yesterday ( ahad ) me n my hubby went to Jusco S2 , jalan2..memula nak tgk wayang,tapi takde citer best n yg best dah full ..so tak jadik ..

Lunch makan kat Ichiban ramen ..mahal ya amat la berbanding ngan japanese cuisine kat MidValley Megamall ..and spicy nye tak mencapai tahap spicy yg kitorang nak ..hehe..hubby sorang je order ,sib baik order 1 jer..besar giler mangkuk nyer..ehehe..tapi tak snap pic plak sbb dah lapa giler terus melantak ..air pon order satu jer - kopi blended..tu pon tak larat nak abiskan..sorang makan RM25..ambik kau ..hehe

lepas makan jalan2 lagik ..gatal plak nak timbang n check body fat kat kedai osim tu ..
my weight is 66.0kg ! ( this is probably becoz I wear jeans n baju yg tebal..heheh )
then the body fat % is 38.9% ..haiyaaa..only 1.1% less than 2 months back ..I'm feelin very bad about this ..sepanjang jalan nak balik umah tu i keep thinkin what is happening and what should i do ..my next appointment with my dietitian will be early february ..camne nak make sure i lost more fat ?? huwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....

So I make a new diet plan..cewahhh..before this i just eat everything with a small potion ..3 big meal , few snack ..pagi n tghari mkn berat , malam makan ringan jer..
but a few weeks before asik makan malam je , before 7pm la..and makan malam tu adalah nasik n lauk ..ermm..maybe that's y ..

Bermula hari ini 05.1.2009 / Isnin , aku akan ubah corak pemakanan ku seperti berikut :-

Sarapan - makan kat umah , NO MORE sarapan kat kedai like i always do. the food will be changing too..no more nasik lemak/ns grg/k.tiaw/mihun sup or whatsoever..semlm dah beli cereal with fruit tu dari tesco ..and oso dah bli segala jenis pasta ..konon nak ganti nasik la kan..ehehe..cheese pon ade . so this morning dah start with cereal+susu anlene+milo sesudu.

snack - lepas sarapan pg tadi rasa agak kenyang gak ..tapi pkl 10am dah lapa balik..sib baik dah sedia weapon nak perangi kelaparan ..haha..semlm dah siap2kan roti wholemeal ngan cheese,dah letak dlm tupperware..so makan tu as a snack ..

lunch - kene ubah dari makan nasik n lauk mcm slalu ..cadangnyer nak mkn pasta with olive oil ..or sandwich wholemeal or aper2 la yg bukan nasik n lauk ..ehehe..but once in a while akan mkn nasik la ..

snack petang - again , 1/4 wholemeal bread or crunchy muesli ..ermm..

dinner - pasta or nasik ..petang kene masak for hubby , most probably akan mkn nasik skit with lauk .

sebelum tido ..susu lagi segelas..

I hope this change will help. Really need to lose my fat ..

This month I'm late..period tak datang2 lagik ..I'm dont think it's pregnancy sbb last week ada senggugut 1 day , and also my vaginal fluid dah change in consistency ..so probably not a pregnancy ..BUT ..kalau pregnant , ALHAMDULILLAH ..amin..

I'm quite upset if I dont bleed , and not pregnant , because that's mean my hormone is still not stable , and i need to work harder to reduce my fat % *sigh*
