AFTER A MONTH WITH JM ..

Salam.

Atas permintaan Posh ..aku nak share what happen after 1 month+ with JM ..ehehe

like i said to posh n others..aku tak buat JM ni hari2..sbb konfirm la rosak segala muscle ku kalau hari2 buat jm..sangat penat n sakit badan hokey ??

so kene rehat few days utk muscle recovery ..

this is how i do it..

JM ni ada 3 level ..Level 1 , 2 , 3

tiap2 level 20mins+- , ada warm up and cool down ..

TAPI , bg bim warm up nye tak ckup utk menampung intensiti eksesais JM ni ..so bim buat eksesais lain sebelum berJM ..to make sure i wont hurt myself during session with JM..hehe

kadang2 bim buat poco2..or naik elliptical for 10mins..just to warm up more ..

before start - know ur fat loss-mode- heartrate

untuk pastikan korang akan burn fat , kira brape heartrate maksimum korang
untuk burn fat , korang mesti AT LEAST menten 60 - 70 % of that heart rate selama 15 -30 min.

220 - umur korang .

mcm bim 220-29 = 191

so heart rate maksimum bg bim adalah 191
jadi ..masa eksesais, bim kene pastikan heart rate menten around 115-133 to have fat loss..

untuk 1st 10 days..bim buat Level 1 - most of the days. Mula2 buat , 2 hari pertama je bertahan. hari ke 3 rehat- sakit badan ya amat . pastu baru sambung balik. this level 1 mmg bim rasa sangat membantu weight loss.

lepas rasa dah ok with level 1 , bim move to level 2. level 2 ni pon around 10 days. intensity dah naik skit. ready la korang untuk berpeluh mcm hujan lebat.ehehe

pastu baru masuk Level 3. Level 3 ni ..walaupon hazaaabbbbb ..tapi msa cepat sangat berlalu. tak tau kenapa.tak rasa mcm 20mins pon. tapi keseksaan nya lebih la dari level 1 & 2.hehe.

Hasilnya ? I lose 2.8kg , 2% body fat, inches banyak , tak brape ingat , and also it toned my abs very well.. mau tgk ka abs ku ??hahahaha.. muntah nanti. takleh tepek sini,seksi. kalau mau tgk email me ok?

This is my review for JM. For me it's a good program for those yg nak lose weight , tak kira la beginner ke , otai ke ape ke.. but make sure u r ready mentally n physically. Buat je semampu mungkin.

    btw, nak lagi cepat? buat strength training followed by intense interval training.

    the heartrate tu dah betul, cuma selang seli kan with a rest period. do MHR at 90% for 1 min or 2 mins, the do active rest.. about half of the heart rate.. mesti break that pleateau!

  6. haha.hello sher.what a suprise!JM - jillian michael la."kegilaan" kitorang skang.dia nye circuit mmg start with 3mins strength,2 mins cardio and 1 mins abs.

    wooo..thanx for d info..about the rest period.i'll try that. i really need to break that plateau. huhu.
